Everything we know about MotoGP 23 so far

What is MotoGP 23?

MotoGP 23 is the latest game in the long-running MotoGP series, which emulates the real-world MotoGP motorcycle racing series’ riders, tracks and bikes.

Who is developing MotoGP 23?

MotoGP 23 is being developed by Italian studio Milestone, which has developed the official MotoGP games since 2013. Milestone has a long history of developing motorbike racing games having also developed official FIM Motocross World Championship and World Superbike Championship titles.

Will MotoGP 23 have flag-to-flag races?

Yes, for the first time in the series MotoGP 23 will feature flag-to-flag races. In the event of changeable weather mid-race, MotoGP 23 players can enter the pitlane to change their bikes.

If the race starts dry and transitions to wet (and vice-versa), riders can pit for an entirely new bike specifically set up for the changing conditions. This is designed to enhance rider safety while adding an element of strategy to proceedings. Judging the optimal moment to switch bikes can be crucial to a rider’s finishing position.

Will MotoGP 23 have dynamic weather?

Yes, thanks to the introduction of flag-to-flag races MotoGP 23 will also have dynamic weather, meaning races can be wet, dry or damp, with varying levels of wetness in between. Drying racing lines should be present as they also appeared in MotoGP 22.

WIll MotoGP 23 have local multiplayer?

Will MotoGP 23 have a career mode?
