Sticking again with iRacing this week, Dave Cam is back in something more his style for his latest video. Dave Cam’s POV of the Week takes us to Monza strapped into a virtual Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992). The fixed setup edition of the Porsche iRacing Cup has a fixed lap amount, and 13 are on the board today.

The POV series is all about trying to get that immersed feeling, as Dave has the UI and HUD all off, all he sees is what’s on track and inside the car like it would be in the real-world. We’re seeing the same as Dave has the camera recording from the top of his head, hence why it’s the Point Of View (POV) series.

We’ve seen Dave take on the C9 at Le Mans in the rain on Assetto Corsa, the GT4 at Daytona under the lights, and last week it was NASCAR trucks at Talladega. One thing to keep an eye on as well is the different steering wheel rims that Dave puts to use. This week, he’s using the V-RSPG from VPG Sim.

This week, Dave is starting in 14th position and looking for a clean race. It’s anything but, but it is quite scrappy and enjoyable. Remember folks, never give up, even when the odds are stacked against you! That’s the lesson to take from today’s video.

Where will Dave end up after 13 laps around Monza? Definitely check out Dave’s content on the Traxion.GG YouTube and website as well. Do you have any more suggestions for Dave’s next POV? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
