Dave Cam’s POV of the Week – Week 10, Lancia HF Protoype at the Nordschleife on Assetto Corsa

Week 10 of Dave Cam’s POV of the Week puts Dave on Assetto Corsa to test the beastly Lancia HF Prototype around the Nurburgring Nordschleife.

Dave Cam’s 10th edition of his POV of the Week series takes him back on to Assetto Corsa and the scenario at hand is a lap around the Nurburgring Nordschleife in the powerful Lancia HF Prototype. Dave had to call this one in to make it happen… if anyone’s asking though, it’s “John Munro” behind the wheel.

This prototype car, which can be found in a downloadable mod for Assetto Corsa, is based on the Lancia Delta Integrale. It features a 2.0-litre turbocharged 4WD power unit with 970bhp and 981nm of torque. It’s an absolute beast, and it flies around the twists and turns of the Nordschleife with ease.

As it’s been this season, Dave is bringing you the footage from his point of view. There may be a few clips of the replay to see how crazy this car is getting around the course, but it’s mostly captured video from Dave’s mounted GoPro, which you can see his triple monitor setup and his V-RSPG from VPG Sim rim.

This isn’t Dave’s first POV on Assetto Corsa, as he’s done some rain racing earlier in the season at Le Mans, as well as on rFactor 2. This season has also included plenty of iRacing lobbies, and as of last week, also now includes another rainy encounter with some racing on Automobilista 2.

Be sure to check out all of Dave’s content on the Traxion.GG YouTube and website, as well as all the other great work from our other members of the Traxion.GG team. Give us an idea of what you’d like to see in Dave’s next POV down in the comments below!
