If I’m being honest, when I think of most console racing games, I’m thinking of a controller on a comfy couch or recliner. When it comes to Gran Turismo, however, especially after their successful esports run over the last few years, maybe it might be worth hunkering down in a fancy sim racing rig.

Speaking of fancy sim racing rigs, these particular ones in this video are all from Playseat. They did post the video, so that makes sense. Together with two-time Formula Drift World Champion Fredric Aasbø, Playseat’s current line of products were shown off with the newest iteration from Sony and Polyphony Digital, Gran Turismo 7. You may have heard of it, especially here on Traxion.GG.

Playseat has a wonderful assortment of seats to sim race in. During the three minute and 13 second video, Aasbø jumped into a Playseat Challenge ($249.99), a Playseat Evolution Pro ($499.99), a Playseat Trophy ($699.99) and a Playseat Sensation Pro ($2,099.99). Four uniquely different seats in four different price ranges ranging from cost effective to downright boujee, at least in sim racing terms.

So, if you’re looking to get into playing Gran Turismo 7 and you want to get into it with a whole sim racing rig, perhaps consider Playseat? They’ve clearly got GT racers on their mind and as you can see in the video, Aasbø doesn’t want to stop driving that Sensation Pro.
