- 2025 GT World Challenge liveries and championship added to ACC
- 86 new liveries for GT World Challenge Europe
- 9 new liveries for GT World Challenge America
- Thought to be the final meaningful ACC update
Assetto Corsa Competizione has received its first significant update in over 18 months today (22nd December 2025), adding real-world liveries from the 2025 GT World Challenge series.
PC players can download the free update now from Steam, although it’s unclear when PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X|S users will be offered the same privilege.
Back in June, ACC developer Kunos Simulazioni had intimated that it was weighing up future content updates for the official game of the GT World Challenge, but no firm decisions had been made, despite official social media accounts assuring its community that “we’re not done with Competizione yet.
However, at October’s SimRacing Expo, Massarutto finally explained that the game would not receive any major updates, barring a livery pack: “So for Competizione, we are focused on providing the 2025 livery set for this season. But all the effort of the team is focused on Evo,” he stated, indicating Kunos’s focus would switch to developing sister title, Assetto Corsa Evo.

2025 update
The new update adds a range of liveries across the game’s car roster, including the Rutronik Racing Porsche of Endurance Cup champions Alessio Picariello, Sven Müller and Patric Niederhauser and the Team WRT BMW M4 GT3 Evo of Teams champions Charles Weerts and Kelvin Van Der Linde.
However, many fans will be happy to see four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen’s Verstappen.com Racing car in-game, with the Ferrari 296 GT3 of Gold Cup champions Thierry Vermeulen and Chris Lulham available to drive.

Sadly, there’s no space for the Aston Martin AMR Vantage GT3 Evo that the pair shared with Harry King in Endurance events, owing to the car model’s absence in ACC.
The 2025 GTWC Europe season has also been added as a separate single-player championship.
ACC previously received a small update in October, which added an Alpine Esports livery to the game, but this also came with a small tweak to the game’s tyre branding and wheel blur effects, providing a more realistic look in motion.
