Announced in June 2022, previewed in September, and dated earlier this month at last the West Balkans downloadable content is now available on Steam for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Eight countries, 30 towns and 14 explorable cities are touted, including the likes of Crotia’s Split, Serbia’s Belgrade and Montenegro’s Durmitor National Park.
The countries included in Euro Truck Simulator 2‘s West Balkans DLC are:
- Albania
- Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Croatia
- Kosovo
- Montenegro
- North Macedonia
- Serbia
- Slovenia
Industries along the Danube include aluminium creators, chemical factories and oil wells with three ports: Belgrade, Novi Sad and Osijek.
In between the business and built-up areas, photo opportunities exist at 15 scenic viewpoints plus there are 20 specific landmarks to snap a picture next to.
It joins the adjacent content in the Road to the Black Sea and Going East packs, and in fact, a new Balkans Bundle set with all three expansions is also available. This will sit alongside a Baltic Bundle and a Mediterranean Bundle, both including today’s newest addition.
Cosmetic items and cabin accessories can also be unlocked during a Cruising the Balkans World of Trucks Event. There’s a community goal of driving 300,000,000km while delivering cargo to or from any city in West Balkans and/or the existing Road to the Black Sea pack.
Two additional player goals of completing a delivery to or from 15 unique cities in both West Balkans and Road to the Black Sea DLCs will also unlock new items.
