WATCH: John Munro plays GRID Legends: Driven to Glory, Part 1

Avatar

Over on our Traxion.GG Twitch channel, John Munro hopped into the world of live streaming to play through the story mode in GRID Legends back when it first released. Now, we’ve taken those streams and condensed them down into a three-part series here on the Traxion.GG YouTube channel.

The Driven to Glory story mode follows Seneca Racing, with you playing as Driver 22 alongside teammate Yume Tanaka. Marcus Ado runs the team with Ajeet Singh as the Lead Engineer. Players will race in the GRID World Championship against teams like Voltz Racing with Valentin Manzi and Ravenwest with Nathan McKane.

In this first part of the series, John has put it on the hardest difficulty and is getting used to the way it handles. We’re learning about the characters, the different race modes, and how the game progresses. We meet Manzi, who seems to have the upper hand in every race so far. John also deals with his teammate, Tanaka, not respecting Driver 22 at first, but eventually starting to come around.

There are new tracks, old tracks, as well as a plethora of different racing vehicles to get in. GRID Legends really encapsulates a number of different motorsports under one roof, and makes it so you have to be good at them all to succeed.

See how far John can go in this first of three episode mini series. Don’t forget to check out John’s full-time play through on the original Race Driver: GRID where he’s nearing the end of that as well.
