Another Tokyo Xtreme Racer car reveal and teaser has landed, confirming that the Toyota Celsior is joining the ever-expanding car roster while also teasing the Nissan GT-R R35.
As expected, Tokyo Xtreme Racer’s Toyota Celsior is based on the C-Specification, F Interior Package (UCF31) model. While it’s rarely seen in racing games, the Japanese luxury saloon was a staple of previous Tokyo Xtreme Racer games. In the US, the Celsior is sold as the Lexus LS.
As is becoming traditional in these videos, another upcoming car is teased at the end of the video. This time, it appears to be a current-generationNissan GT-R R35. It joins four other Nissan GT-Rs already in the game or teased for the final version: the PGC10, BNR32, BNR33 and BRN34.

Incidentally, the Nissan GT-R R35 ended production in Japan yesterday after 18 years. Launched in 2007 and powered by a twin-turbo, 3.8-litre V6, it remains one of the longest-running Japanese sports cars.
While Nissan is bidding farewell to the R35, the GT-R nameplate is set to return, with the Japanese carmaker aiming to “reimagine it for a new generation.”
Both cars are set to arrive in Tokyo Xtreme Racer’s upcoming V1.0 release alongside other recently unveiled cars, including the Lexus LC500, Toyota GR Yaris and current-generation Nissan Z.
Tokyo Xtreme Racer launched in Steam Early Access back in January with surprisingly strong player numbers. Originally slated for May, the final version is expected to launch at the end of September as Genki continues to finetune the game.
