Rennsport to add hydrogen Hyundai N Vision 74

Described as a “high-performance rolling lab” for hydrogen race cars, the bewinged concepot car has over 670bhp.

Rennsport is set to expand its rather meagre car roster with the Hyundai N Vision 74, following a social media teaser.

It’s a hydrogen fuel cell, with a race-car-inspired chassis and cockpit, a retro-themed exterior design and over 670bhp sent to the rear wheels.

Italian designer Goigetto Giugiaro designed a Hyundai Pony concept car in 1974, and quite literally none of the sleek design cues made it into the Korean production-spec family hatchback bearing the same name.

However, fast forward around 50 years, and the car company is in a much more desirable position. It took elements of that 1970s design and created a “vision for the future of motorsport”, resulting in the N Vision 74, with wings and ‘pixelated’ LED lights.

It’s previously been seen in Forza Horizon 5 and teased for Assetto Corsa EVO.

Rennsport, meanwhile, is playing catch-up, with only 18 cars in the base game (plus one more for the Deluxe Edition). It is expected to expand the roster further, with this Hyundai being the first announced outside of the previously confirmed endurance and touring car DLC.

It exited early access and hit PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in November 2025. It appears to be building up to a significant game update, with a Kuala Lumpur Street Circuit and shorter layouts for Fuji Speedway and Road Atlanta so far confirmed.
