The next game update for Gran Turismo 7 will arrive on Thursday, 9th June 2022.

Thanks to a post on the title’s website, we know that there will be server maintenance between  6 am – 8 am UTC / 7 am – 9 am BST this Thursday. That means the game’s online servers will temporarily be unavailable, but will also be followed by a patch.

Gran Turismo 7 June Server Maintenance update

An update for Polyphony Digital’s latest racing release is critical. At present, there appear to be monthly content updates, delivering new Café menu books, cars and Missions. 1.13 arrived towards the end of April, 1.15 towards the end of May.

However, since 1.15 – which added the Toyota Hypercar, Roadster Shop Rampage and a new Suzuki Vision Gran Turismo car amongst other changes – the force feedback on certain steering wheel peripherals has been reduced and the online lobby stability, already embattled, has worsened.

We’d be happy if this was a stability fix, as opposed to new content, so here’s hoping when we wake up tomorrow morning there will be some positive changes. We’ll keep you updated as soon as the update lands, let us know in the comments below what you’d like to see.
