#DRIVE Rally is the indie brainchild of Polish studio Pixel Perfect Dude and it’s set to provide the kind of fun driving experience we’ve seen from other stylised racing titles like Circuit Superstars and art of rally.

An ode to the world of rallying, #DRIVE Rally sees players compete across various terrains and landscapes in point-to-point races against the clock, egged on by their not-so-subtle co-drivers.

Set in the ‘90s (with very ‘80s-looking rally cars), #DRIVE Rally has eye-catching cel-shaded graphics and an arcadey feel likely to suit retro racer enthusiasts.

Players can participate in quick race or career modes using one of the game’s 36 rally cars, with around 400km of stages to tackle. Intriguingly, gamepads, keyboards and steering wheels are all compatible, so it’ll be interesting to see how realistic #DRIVE Rally feels to drive with each method.

#DRIVE Rally will also be Steam Deck Verified upon release, making it an ideal game to play in short bursts. A photo mode will also be available for players to gawp at their lovingly recreated rally cars in glorious detail.

#DRIVE Rally’s Early Access release will arrive on Windows PC, macOS and Linux via Steam, the Epic Games Store and GOG for the introductory price of $19.99 on the 25th of September. A free demo is available to try now.
