The final season of Snowrunner’s Year 4 Pass is set to begin on the 4th of September, introducing three new trucks and three new maps.
Season 16: High Voltage will add the HIB Billert 1980, PLAD 440 “Buddy” and the Sleiter ST 833 “Chimera” vehicles, with players tasked with fixing up Washington State’s infrastructure and powering up a hydro plant.
The launch of Season 16 coincides with the beginning of Snowrunner’s Year 5 Pass, with details on its content set to be revealed nearer its release date (although new vehicles and maps split across four Seasons seems like a given based on past form).

Four vehicles have been previewed so far (check out the featured image for this article for clues).
Snowrunner: End of ongoing support for Switch and Mac versions
Controversially, this coincides with developer Saber Interactive dropping ongoing support for both Mac and Switch versions of the game. However, mods and multiplayer will still be available afterwards, but crossplay will cease to function this November.
“Just so you know: Switch and Mac won’t get live-ops updates anymore (crossplay stays until November),” read a statement. “Multiplayer is still here, mods are still working on Switch and from now on, the game is yours to shape on these platforms!” it concluded.
Saber is currently supporting RoadCraft and Expeditions: A MudRunner Game, with a new truck-based title on the way, called Road Kings. There still appears to be plenty of life left in SnowRunner, however.
