Simucube hints at new sim racing equipment with ‘3’ teaser

Simucube has begun a teaser campaign, believed to be for a new line of sim racing equipment.

Labelled ‘Simucube 3’, with a matching website landing page, the countdown has begun for what is set to be a new line of products from the Finnish manufacturer.

Not much is known presently, with three vertical lights set against an orange background.

Simucube 3 soon

The Simucube 2 line of wheel bases has been a preeminent force since its launch way back in 2019. While updates are continually released for the six-year-old range – such as 360Hz force feedback for iRacing – newer devices have entered the market since.

A ‘Simucube 3’ wheel base seems like a natural progression. Current Simucube 2 model ranges consist of the Sport, Pro and Ultimate, outputting 17 Nm, 25Nm and 32 Nm of torque, respectively.

“Three instinct modes: feel it, trust it, just drive it,” cryptically said Simucube’s CEO, Hannu Harju, when approached by Traxion.
