Just in time for Christmas next week, Taxi Chaos 2 is speeding onto PC via Steam on 23rd December, with PlayStation and Nintendo Switch versions set to follow in early 2026, according to the announcement.
However, a trailer description lists the game for Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch on 23rd December, with PlayStation 5 and Epic Games Store releases to follow on 13th January, 2026. We have contacted the publisher for clarification.
Physical versions will also be published by Curveball Games next year, but platforms are yet to be confirmed.
A new trailer gives a closer look at the game’s open world and madcap driving scenarios.
Unlike the 2021 original, Taxi Chaos 2 isn’t a typical Crazy Taxi clone. While you’ll still be picking up and delivering passengers or cargo within a time limit, the sequel is set in a city overrun by AI-powered TaxiBots that chase you down, taking the series in a futuristic direction.
