The racing esports hosting platform, AMX, will aim to raise exposure to its tools and leagues by partnering with long-established sim racing outfit Team Redline.

The move will see AMX become part of Redline’s livery design and for the team to take part in races on the service, which kicked off with the second race of AMX’s Global League Season 3.

In that debut event for the team, one of the GT4 races witnessed a Redline one-two-three with Gianni Vecchio ahead of Diogo Pinto and Ole Steinbraten.

Season 3 makes use of iRacing with a cash prize pool of $25,000, running from September to 10th December 2023. It will make use of 25 cars and 33 tracks.

According to AMX, its competitions are open to both professional full-time sim outfits and budding amateurs, with some races featuring live broadcasts including commentary from the likes of Alex Goldschmidt. A top 15 reverse grid is designed to provide lively racing.

“Three years of specialized technology and platform development have positioned us for this strategic sponsorship. We’re excited to join forces with Team Redline to elevate the sim racing experience,” said John Lee, CEO at AMX.
