Qualifying now open for NGK Spark Plug Esport Cup in RaceRoom

A new competition within RaceRoom Racing Experience is offering VIP tickets to the Nürburgring 24H race, and the first qualifying time trial is now open.

The NGK Spark Plug Esports Cup will be held across four rounds and one grand final, with the top 32 drivers from across the initial races qualifying for the deciding event.

There will be nine races in total, two races per round and the final race being a 60-minute affair at the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

Every competition will be in the same Mercedes AMG GT3 EVO, but car setups are open, so it will be up to competitors to find the ideal combination of options to find the quickest time.

The championship uses the native RaceRoom leaderboard system, so drivers will qualify for each race within the sim platform, with (at the time of writing) just over four days to enter for the first race.
