A new product in the MOZA Racing ecosystem released on Tuesday (20th December) in the form of the MOZA HBP Handbrake. This new peripheral works with the current MOZA line of wheel bases or can plug directly into a PC via USB.

Only weighing in at $99 with VAT excluded, the MOZA HBP Handbrake is the first of its kind for the MOZA product lineup. MOZA is also offering a new Handbrake or Shifter table clamp to mount the new product for $29, also with VAT excluded.

So if you’re looking to enhance your rally skills or get your drift on, MOZA has what looks to be a decent entry into the handbrake market.

This HBP features an ‘Aeroplane Grade Aluminum’ material makeup. Inside, there is a 16 Bit High Precision Position Sensor and both the pressure and travel in the handbrake is adjustable. Users can set the handle’s angle, plus it connects straight to PC or to a MOZA Wheel Base.

It’s priced competitively too, at $99 excluding VAT or shipping. In comparison, the Fanatec Clubsport Handbrake V1.5 comes in at $129.95 plus tax while the Thrustmaster’s insane TSS Handbrake Sparco Mod + is offered for $329.99 plus tax.
