MOZA Racing now offering a 12-inch round wheel mod for ES Steering Wheel

For those currently in the MOZA Racing ecosystem, or have been looking at buying in but were looking for a bigger, rounder wheel to use in your sim racing exploits, there’s good news to report.

MOZA is now offering a 12-inch wheel rim modification for their existing ES Steering Wheel. The original is only 11 inches in diameter and isn’t fully round as the bottom is flattened slightly. This new mod bumps it up to 12 inches and makes the whole thing a perfect circle.

The modification is as simple as removing the six center screws on the ES, removing the old rim, placing the new rim and tightening it up. It is cut to fit the existing plate and all of the buttons and knobs. It also comes included with a shifter paddle extension block.

It’s an interesting, yet viable option for those in the MOZA family of products. It’s also pretty cheap when compared to other options on the market in the class of Direct Drive products.
