Those who purchased Le Mans Ultimate’s first DLC pack – which included the 2024-spec Peugeot 9X8, Lamborghini SC63 and Imola – have received a spate of tweaks today, 30th July.
While the most recent download is not labelled as an ‘update’, and therefore not adding new features, the hotfix tweaks notable items.
According to developers Studio 397, ‘various’ track limit areas have been altered, which could change lines taken for those trying to maximise hot lap times.
Both the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari venue and the aforementioned Pug have had level-of-detail fixes, for the latter including an amended FIA WEC logo.
One small item that is amazing attention to detail is a track map label on the inside of cars that changes each time you visit a different venue. For those driving around Imola, however, this read Circuit de la Sarthe, which has now been fixed.
All very pleasing. Perhaps the most significant change is being able to drive in wet conditions at Imola, Bahrain and Le Mans – a bug prevented you from manually selecting a damp circuit from the off.
The full changelog is listed below. It follows ‘Hotfix 1’ last week which fixed a stuttering issue experienced by some players.
A co-op mode and virtual reality support are expected but with no current timeframe. A second DLC pack is expected in ‘September/October’ with a new track plus the Isotta Fraschini Tipo 6 LMH-C and Alpine A424 vehicles.
