The first of Le Mans Ultimate’s European Le Mans Series content is set to be the Silverstone track paired with the Ligier JS P325 LMP3 car.

The venue, which is hosting ELMS’ first real-world round this weekend for the first time since 2019, also hosts an official LMU booth, with Silverstone playable.

Also present, and drivable for visitors, is the aforementioned Ligier, and the Oreca 07 LMP2 but with the ELMS balance of performance settings, delivering more power than in WEC.

While all three elements are in a work-in-progress state at the event, their relative readiness affirms they are the first ELMS items to be released.

On a recent earnings call, CEO of the game’s developers – Motorsport Games and Studio 397 – Stephen Hood explained that the ELMS content will be drip-fed, and the first of that is expected “before the end of Q3”.

While there is no formal release date or pricing yet, Q3 ends on 30th September 2025, which acts as a deadline for the sim racing title’s first non-FIA World Endurance Championship content.

“We expect to deliver a first taste of this additional content to eager players at the end of Q3 2025,” said Hood in August.

The LMP3 models that will arrive in Le Mans Ultimate have not yet been seen in any other sim game, being a new ‘Gen 3’ specification that debuted this season. Of the notable changes, they no longer use a Nissan V8, instead replaced by a twin-turbo V6 Toyota-derived unit.

Two more tracks and LMP3s are expected to follow the Ligier and Silverstone.
