The final week of the Horizon Rush takeover of Forza Horizon 5 is here, as Playground Games introduces a new series starting next week, Horizon Customs. One last week of a PR Stunt riddled season, so make sure you enjoy it while it lasts.
The cars available to unlock within the Spring Hot Season are the Nissan GTR 2020 for 20 points, and the Honda Civic 1984 for 40 points.
Acura Me Treasure!
This week’s treasure hunt named “Acura Me Treasure!” comes with the hint “Acura a clue by travelling fast to see new stars on the Horizon. A quick flash and you’ll see!”
This requires you to jump into any Acura car, and gain one star within the Horizon Baja Speed Trap, located to the north-western area of the map and on the west side of the Horizon Baja circuit.
You don’t need to 3-star this Speed Trap to unlock the chest, but make sure to go over 35mph to gain at least one star.
Upon unlocking the treasure, the red circle will be located at the northern point of the map, north-east of Guanajuato. The chest is located near the eastern entrance of the Rio Fuerte speed zone, and to the west of the bridge next to the river. Smash into the chest, and the 50,000cr is yours.
PHOTO CHALLENGE #ITSATRAP
This week’s photo challenge requires you to jump into the Mitsubishi Starion ESI-R 1988 and take a picture at the Pantano Pass Speed Trap. This Speed Trap is located just to the south-west of Playa Azul, and to the west of Riviera Maya, right next to the Boardwalk Danger Sign.
Simply drive up to the Speed Trap, open the camera app by using up on the D-pad and tap A to snap the picture to gain the rewards.
Upon completion, the “It Is The Way” Forza Link reward can be applied by pausing the game in freeroam, select the Online tab, then Forza Link on the bottom right. From here, choose a phrase you would like to replace, then head to the Exclamations tab at the top, and phrase will be available for you to select.
SERIES 5 HOT SEASON #FORZATHON SHOP HIGHLIGHTS
This week’s rewards available within Forza Horizon 5‘s Series 5 Hot Season are two cars, a pair of boots, and a car horn, alongside the always available Wheelspins.
Only the McLaren is available to buy from the autoshow, but you can save 1,35m CR by using up your saved Forza Points. The available items from the Forzathon Shop this week are:

- Welcome Spring Car Horn – 75 FP

#FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE LIGHT AS A FEATHER
The final Horizon Rush Takeover weekly challenge requires you to drive the Mosler MT900S 2010. If this is unowned, it can be purchased from the Autoshow for 320,000 CR.
As is the case according to the rest of the season, the PR Stunt challenges required to complete this week are 10 stars from Speed Traps, earn a total of 300mph / 483kmh across Speed Zones, and finishing it off by completing a speed trap and a speed zone within two minutes.
The stock version of the car should easily be able to smash these challenges quickly.
