GT Omega to host Jardier-themed esports competition at SimRacing Expo

This year’s SimRacing Expo will feature a Jardier-themed esports competition hosted by GT Omega using Le Mans Ultimate.

A new era: Hands-on with Le Mans Ultimate’s LMGT3 cars

GT Omega will celebrate its debut appearance at this year’s SimRacing Expo by holding a sim racing competition using Le Mans Ultimate, replete with Jardier-themed prizes.

Jardier, whose real name is Jaroslav Honzik, is a popular sim racing streamer with over 144k subscribers on YouTube, and has a vibrant and active community filled with races, championships and giveaways.

Having proved his pace as a professional sim racer (he finished fourth in the 2017 edition of the World’s Fastest Gamer using rFactor 2), Jardier has turned his attention to real-world motorsport, competing in Renault Clio Cup Europe’s Challengers class, securing some impressive results.

At SimRacing Expo, however, there will be a hot lap challenge on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event, with each day’s fastest lapper winning Jardier Merchandise Bundle and a code for a copy of LMU.

The overall winner from the weekend will win the GT Omega cockpit and seat used at the event, details of which are yet to be revealed, but the Scottish brand is expected to announce new products over the course of the Expo, so stay tuned.

SimRacing Expo 2025 is set to take place over the 17th-19th October at Messe Dortmund, featuring a multitude of sim racing software and hardware exhibitors, including Moza, Project Motor Racing, iRacing Studios, RaceRoom, Simucube and many, many more, with Jardier’s Clio Cup car also on display.
