GRID Legends will join EA Play service on 1st September

It was announced earlier on Tuesday (23rd August) that GRID Legends would be joining the EA Play subscription service starting on 1st September.

Released back in February of this year, GRID Legends from EA and Codemasters is the latest installment in the GRID racing game franchise. The title includes Driven To Glory, the single player story mode that follows Driver 22 and Seneca Racing as they attempt to top the GRID World Series.

GRID Legends joins a list of other Codemasters titles available on the service, including four DiRT games, F1 2020 and 2019’s GRID, that were all added to the same service back in August.

In the Traxion.GG review of the title, Tom said “GRID Legends is a fun romp that can deliver some edge-of-your-seat thrills and a satisfying driving experience – it’s just that the appeal can be fleeting.” With that said, if you’ve wanted to try this particular title and you have the EA Play service, now’s your chance.

Normally, the standard edition of the game costs $59.99, but you might be able to find it on sale through certain retailers and online stores. Either way, the EA Play service is still an option to save even more than a regular sale price.

Memberships for EA Play that will include GRID Legends alone will cost $4.99 for a month or $29.99 for a year for players on Xbox and PlayStation. If you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for PC, EA Play is included in both of those subscriptions and will be only way to get this benefit on a PC.
