The latest DLC map pack for Euro Truck Simulator 2 is out today (4th December 2024) with players able to sample its plethora of small islands and idyllic countryside from 7 PM CET.
The Greece DLC follows on from last year’s West Balkans pack, enhancing ETS 2’s Eastern European content further, and arrives just over a week after the game’s v1.53 update, which helped bring some of the game’s default maps up to 2024 levels.
The map update brings 15 Greek cities to the game, with the island centres of Kalamata, Kavala, Mytilene, Argostoli, Chios and Rhodes freely explorable by way of authentically replicated ferry ports.
Greece’s Mediterranean landscape has been re-created in minute detail, with the nation’s fishing and agricultural industries set to be well-represented.
#CruisingGreece World of Trucks event
A Cruising Greece event will also take place to celebrate the new DLC’s release, with special rewards available for completing in-game challenges.
Firstly, a rather incongruous Dolphin paint scheme is available to players who deliver cargo to or from all 15 of the explorable cities in Greece, as long as the contract is over 200km.
An Owl dashboard ornament will also be gifted to participating players if the community surpasses 200,000,000 km while delivering to Greece’s cities.
This is topped off by being able to collect a donkey plushie for completing any job from an External Contract or from the External Market based in the city of Mitilini, the capital of the island of Lesbos.
Heavy Cargo Pack DLC Update
The Heavy Cargo Pack DLC will also receive a free update to coincide with the Greece DLC, adding three new cargoes to haul. These are a Mobile Crusher, a Mobile Screening Plant and a Mobile Stacker.
You must already own the Heavy Cargo Pack DLC to receive the three new cargo types.
Greek Mythology Paint Jobs Pack
Leaning into Greece’s status as the birthplace of Western civilisation, five mythological paint schemes will be available to purchase in the Greek Mythology Paint Jobs Pack.
Schemes based on the legends of Medusa, Hydra, Cerberus, Minotaur and Pegasus will all be included with the pack being released concurrently with the Greece DLC.

Euro Truck Simulator 2’s Greece DLC will be released on the 4th of December at 7 PM CET, with its price still to be confirmed.
