Won last year by three drivers, Luca Giacomin Gergő Báldi and Isaac Gillissen, the Ferrari Esports Series is back for a fifth season. The top prize brewing a spot in the Maranello team’s works-supported sim racing team in 2025.
Once again, a mix of Assetto Corsa and Assetto Corsa Competizione driving simulation platforms will be in use, although for this year, iRacing is also part of the mix.
The competition begins with a series of hot lap qualifiers for three regions – EMEA, APAC and the Americas (NA and SA) – followed by regional races in July. From there, regional finals between September and October will determine the top five from each area to make it through to a LAN final in December.
Prizes, other than the main contract, will be distributed across the season, such as a Thrustmaster steering wheel and Ferrari-related merchandise.
Running parallel to the main competition predominately for professionals, a Community Cup will also take place – the winner of which entered as a wildcard for the December in-person event.
Registrations are open now, and while some of the hot lap qualified have already closed, several remain open. Details for the final’s location and exact timing are not yet available.
