KT Racing has revealed new Endurance Motorsport Series details in an extensive gameplay video taken from a new work-in-progress build showcased at Gamescom, including a first look at the game’s livery editor.
Endurance Motorsport Series offers a unique experience, merging management simulations with endurnace circuit. You not only race GT and prototypes, but also manage a team of up to three drivers simultaneously, performing the roles of a driver and race engineer.
“With one car, you can spend most of your time driving if you want,” explains Creative Director Alain Jarniou. “But when you go further in the experience and you get two and three cars, you will see that managing, preparing your strategy, and pitting at the right time is very important.”
This unique setup allows players to race in teams of up to three online against up to 24 cars on track, with each player choosing a specific role.

“People who are not good drivers can play and help their friends who are good drivers, and they can win together as a team. The concept of the game is this important impact of a good team bringing a victory in racing.”
Mercifully, unlike many modern racing games, Endurance Motorsport Series won’t require an online connection to play.
Hypercars, LMP2 and GT cars race on the track simultaneously, with the ability to swap drivers like in real endurance races. “That’s part of the fun because there are lots of takeovers during the race.”
During races, you’ll also complete objectives such as driving above an average speed over a certain distance.
Ten tracks are planned for launch. Six are real-world circuits, including Monza, Fuji and Circuit de la Sarthe.
First look at Endurance Motorsport Series’ livery editor
During the video, KT provides a first look at a livery editor. This allows you to choose preset designs or create a custom livery by applying different colour layers. To make this process quick and easy, liveries can be automatically applied to all three cars, creating your team’s identity.
Using the colours from your car livery, the designs can also be easily applied to your driver overalls and helmets. If you prefer, official team and manufacturer liveries can be applied instead.
We also get a look at the driver selection screen and perks system. Each team is made up of three drivers, a team of mechanics and an engineer. As you progress, you can hire new team members.

Drivers have endurance and speed ratings indicating their energy level and driving skill, which improve as you progress. Mechanics, on the other hand, have ratings for refuelling, changing tyres and repairing damage. The higher their rating, the faster they will perform.
Engineers, meanwhile, have a specific skill. For instance, one engineer can boost the entire team’s XP if their car comes in first.

Visually, Endurance Motorsport Series has evolved since our last look at the game at Gamescom last year, with impressively detailed cars and weather effects. Its blend of driving and management may not appeal to everyone, and it remains to be seen how deep the team management systems are, but it has potential to stand out.
Following a delay, Endurance Motorsport Series is set to release in early 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
