SCS Software has revealed another officially licensed coach players can expect to drive in Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Joining the Scania Touring will be the MAN Lion’s Coach, which the Czech developer showcased in more detail today (19th December 2025).

The Lion’s Coach uses the German firm’s dependable D26 engine and has been designed with passenger comfort and efficiency in mind. Players can choose from five colourways for interior parts, such as seats and curtains, with wheel cover colours also available in custom colours.
In terms of chassis selections, the MAN has 4×2 or 6×2 options (wheels at the rear versus wheels at the front), with the latter likely to be more challenging to manoeuvre around some of Europe’s tighter streets.

A third coach, the Volvo 9700 DD, has also been unveiled via the Coaches DLC Steam listing, although a release date and pricing information are yet to be revealed.
In ETS 2’s Coaches mode, players transport passengers across the continent via specially designed bus terminals. Although its mechanics are not yet known, it’s thought that the new game mechanic will encourage a more sedate and mindful way to play.

SCS is working towards porting ETS 2 and sister title American Truck Simulator to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S next year, so expect to see more interesting trucking developments in the near future.
