The follow-up to 2021’s Super Woden GP by solo indie developer ViJuDa – Super Woden GP 2 – is now available to play in Arcade Demo form today (7th April) over on Steam.

The demo for the arcade-style isometric racing game will be one of the first chances for players to try out some of the improvements and additions made over the original title.

The demo is only a small part of the game, but ViJuDa is offering a contest up where the five best times in the demo will get the full game when it releases.

The predecessor was released back in 2021, and in the Traxion.GG review, Simon gave it incredible praise, stating that “Super Woden GP is a passion-filled love letter to what many consider is a golden era of gaming,” also giving it a Wishlist score on the Traxion.GG scale.

With that in mind, there’s a lot of hype surrounding the release of the sequel. The release date for the second iteration of Super Woden GP is still not set in stone, expected to release in 2023 at some point for Steam.

Don’t forget, the original game is available to play on Steam via PC as well as on PlayStation, Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoles.
