Since its announcement in April, Easy Delivery Co. from solo developer Sam C. and publisher Oro Interactive, has piqued players’ curiosity, racking up 150,000 wishlists.
Following the release of a playable demo, the casual delivery driving game is set to release on Steam next week on 18th September. It will be priced at $12.99 / €12.99 EUR, though UK pricing is yet to be confirmed.
Evoking a retro, PlayStation-esque visual style, Easy Delivery Co. is not your typical open-world driving game. From solo developer Sam C. and publisher Oro Interactive, it sees you take on the role of a delivery driver in a Kei truck exploring a mysterious mountain town that’s constantly plagued by fog and snow. Its eerie ambience is reminiscent of Silent Hill.

As you make deliveries across three areas and discover secrets about the town, the twist is that anthropomorphic cats inhabit the world. While navigating the treacherous town, you’ll need to manage your energy, fuel, and temperature, and your vehicle can be upgraded.
Easy Delivery Co. is also Steam Deck Verified. Its casual nature seems ideal for playing on the go.
If you’re looking for a cosy open-world driving game with a unique premise, Easy Delivery Co. looks like it will scratch that itch.
