Need for Speed Unbound

Need for Speed Unbound’s developer has “many plans” to “take pursuit tech further” in the future of NFS.

Launching on 26th November, Unbound’s new Most Wanted-inspired update includes the first playable motorbike in a Need for Speed game.

If you missed any Speed Pass cars, the new Ultimate Edition of Need for Speed Unbound includes all premium DLC cars added post-launch.

Two new cars and a Hot Pursuit-style Cops Vs Racers multiplayer mode headline Need For Speed Unbound’s v8.0.1 update, introducing all-new Cop Progression and customisation options.

Vol. 7: Drift and Drag delivers the latest Ford Mustang and BMW M3 Touring cars alongside updated drifting physics, further customisation options and new game modes.

The next game update for Need for Speed Unbound will also add a new Speed Pass to progress through, returning online linkups, but seemingly no new features.

The move comes as the studio moves from the EA Sports umbrella to EA Entertainment.

With Vol.4 just around the corner for Need for Speed Unbound, we tested the biggest new features and came away with the feeling that it acts as a sign of things to come.

The electric Porsche Taycan will be added to the roster of cars, alongside further Linkup locations and Gauntlet playlists.
