On the 25th April 2025, Forza Horizon 5 will arrive on PlayStation 5 and along with the Sony console release, Horizon Realms will be added to both the PS5 and existing Xbox and PC versions.
The Mexican-set open-world driving game will also add four new cars to unlock in this mode, which have not appeared in Horizon 5 before and cannot be purchased as DLC.

What is Horizon Realms?
Horizon Realms repurposes prior stadium (El Estadio Horizon) makeovers, which were previously limited-time layouts within Forza Horizon 5.
Now they are a permanent fixture, which can be selected from the game’s pause menu. Simply select ‘Horizon Realms’ and then one of 12 stadium configurations. Each can be played in two modes:
- Skill Mode – Pull off tricks for five minutes to earn skill points, before your score is placed on an online leaderboard
- Free Mode – No time limit, no express aim of earning skill points. Simply explore the area in solo or online with friends
Obstensibly, there’s not much to do here, although there is a set of new accolades to play through and achieve as you earn skill points.
Some are using a set car, knocking over several props, scoring certain point caps or taking a picture within a certain layout. It’s all pretty straightforward.
Horizon Realms new cars
There are four new cars to unlock and collect by playing through Horizon Realms-related content. These are:
- Lamborghini Revuelto 2024 – S2 905 – Legendary
- Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato 2023 – S1 836 – Legendary
- Lotus Exige Cup 430 2018 – S1 833 – Epic
- Hennessey Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX 2022 – B 697 – Legendary
How to unlock the new Horizon Realms cars
How to earn three of the new additions is relatively straightforward, requiring you to play the stadium layouts in Skill Mode. The fourth requires something a little different…
How to unlock the Hennessey Mammoth 1000 6×6 TRX 2022 in Forza Horizon 5
- Complete the Starting the Journey Accolade
- To do so, complete one Horizon Realms location in Skill Mode
To earn this six-wheeled truck, you will need to complete an Accolade in the ‘Evolving World’ category under the Horizon Realms tab. It’s called ‘Starting the Journey’.
Simply play any one of the 12 Horizon Realms stadium layouts in skill mode. You don’t have to reach a set skill point score even, so just mess about or even let the car sit still (it’s more fun if you actually try to score points, though) and so long as you let the five–minute timer run down to zero, you’ll ‘Complete Skill Mode in one Realm’.
This completes the accolade and the Hennessey Mammoth will be yours. Revisit the Accolade in the menu to claim the prize car.
How to unlock the Lotus Exige Cup 430 2018 in Forza Horizon 5
- Complete the Halfway Point Accolade
- To do so, complete six Horizon Realms locations in Skill Mode
To earn this ultimate version of the Lotus Exige sports car, you must complete the ‘Halfway Point’ Accolade in the ‘Evolving World’ category under the Horizon Realms tab.
Simply play any six of the 12 Horizon Realms stadium layouts in skill mode. You don’t have to reach a set skill point score, just so long as you let the five–minute timer run down to zero on six different realms, you’ll complete the accolade and earn the British two-seater.
How to unlock the Lamborghini Huracán Sterrato 2023 in Forza Horizon 5
- Complete the Halfway Point Accolade
- To do so, complete 12 Horizon Realms locations in Skill Mode
To earn this off-road Lamborghini, you must complete the ‘Master of Realms’ Accolade in the ‘Evolving World’ category under the Horizon Realms tab.
Simply play all 12 Horizon Realms stadium layouts in skill mode. You don’t have to reach a set skill point score, just so long as you let the five–minute timer run down to zero on each different realm. You don’t have to replay any if you’ve already been going to the aforementioned Hennessey Mammoth or Lotus Exige, just the ones you’ve not completed yet.
So, mess about or sit still for five minutes in each realm, and you’ll complete the accolade to claim this V10-powered beast.
How to unlock the Lamborghini Revuelto 2024 in Forza Horizon 5
- Complete the Horizon Stadium Circuit Pro Accolade in the Road Racing Accolade section
- To do so, win the Horizon Stadium Circuit race event
Unlike the Huracán, Exige or Hennessey Mammoth, unlocking the Lamborghini Revuelto doesn’t require playing the Horizon Realms game mode.
It is tied to an Accolade, but it’s not in the Horizon Realms section either.
Curiously, the Accolade you must aim for is in the Road Racing Accolade section, at the far right, called Horizon Stadium Circuit Pro.
All you need to do to complete it is win a straightforward Horizon Stradium Circuit event. Drive to the in-game stadium, El Estadio Horizon, which is in the north and fair central of the map.
Just above the stadium is a three-lap race event called Horizon Stadium Circuit. Enter, win the race, which completes the Accolade, and then revisit the Accolade menu to claim your new hybrid Lambo.
