The World of Outlaws: Dirt Racing 24 is shaping up ahead of its release next month, with the first gameplay and replay footage released.
Developed by iRacing’s Minnesota outpost, Monster Games, it will ostensively use the same technology base as the 2022 original – but with some notable tweaks.
The visuals, for the most part, look very similar, but it appears there has been a fidelity bump – based on this trailer, at least.
Some of the fresh content is also previewed. The game will feature two additional tracks compared to the predecessor – Kern Raceway and Millbridge Speedway.
The new Micro Sprint and 410 Wingless Sprints are also part of the trailer, the engine sounds as raucous as ever.
Recently, a Donny Schatz challenge mode was previewed via still images, and this is once again touched upon.
The career mode is said to be ‘expanded’, although how exactly is not clear at this point.
The game will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S on 17th September 2024.
