How to complete the Lancer-lot Treasure Hunt in Forza Horizon 5

The final week of March is upon us, meaning the Horizon Wilds Takeover series in Forza Horizon 5 is coming to its end.

Once this week is over however, the new Rally Adventure expansion is available to play, something we’re all looking forward to playing.

The cars you can earn this week are the Nissan Safari Turbo 1985 for 20 points, and the Mini X-Raid 2014 for 40 points. 

TREASURE HUNT: LANCER-LOT 

The Treasure Hunt named “Lancer-lot” comes with the clue “Lancer-lot was head of the table but could he Rally his men to victory… ?”.

This requires you to jump into any Mitsubishi Lancer car and win any Dirt Race event.

Upon completion, an orange circle will appear around the Valle de las Ranas area within the north-eastern area of the map.

The Treasure Chest can be found along the main path that goes through this area, and nearby a precariously balanced eroded stone. Keep on the main path and you won’t miss it.

Simply smash into the chest, and the three points and 100FP are yours. 

PHOTO CHALLENGE #BUGGYATCIX

This week’s photo challenge requires you to take a photo of any Buggy at CIX’s Mural in San Sebastian.

San Sebastian is the bridge within the southern area of the map, and the town to the North is where the Mural can be found.

Travel to the Eastern side of this town, and the mural is located on one of these buildings, complete with colourful decorations on the roof.

Simply drive up to the mural, open the camera app by using up on the D-pad and tap A to snap the picture to gain the rewards.

Upon completion, the “La Cucaracha” Car Horn is yours. You can equip this by visiting the character customisation menu. 

SERIES 18 HOT SEASON #FORZATHON SHOP HIGHLIGHTS 

This week’s rewards available within Series 18’s Hot season are two cars, a car horn and a pair of boots, alongside the always available Wheelspins.

#FORZATHON WEEKLY CHALLENGE CIVIC DUTY 

The final week in the Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Wilds Takeover series requires you to jump into the Hoonigan Gymkhana 10 Ford F-150 ‘Hoonitruck’ 1977, and earn a Drift Tap skill, win the Volcán Sprint, and finally bank 43,000 Skill Score.
