The line-up for the 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual Guest Car has been confirmed, with Andy Priaulx MBE teaming up with his son Sebastian. The four-driver #24 LMP is completed by Shaun Arnold and Zoltán Várkonyi.
Priaulx Snr is a three-time World Touring Car champion and has also competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans for both BMW and Ford – achieving GTE Pro podium finishes in 2011 and 2017. In 2015, he finished second in the LMGTE European Le Mans Series and won the Nürburgring 24 Hours in 2005.
More recently, he won a WTCR race at Macau and became a development driver for Multimatic, working on projects such as the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro.
Son Seb has won races in the British F4 Championship, took the 2021 Porsche Carrera Cup North America championship and in 2022, competed for Dempsey-Proton Racing in both the FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Arnold and Várkonyi will complete the roster for the finished first and second in the Le Mans Virtual Cup, a sim racing competition open to all with the rFactor 2 platform and a PC. At the end of four rounds, the top two were guaranteed a place on the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual grid.
The full 2023 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual line-up will be announced on Thursday 5th January at 2 pm GMT / 3 pm CET / 9 am ET.
