Here’s where all the Tank Balloons are located within Forza Horizon 5‘s Hot Wheels Expansion.

Watch as we show you on the map, and then in-vehicle how to collect all 20 Tank Balloons, that are floating in the air around the new environment.

Collecting them all provides you with Minor Missions completion bonuses, and therefore helps towards unlocking Hot Wheels Ranks.

Making sure all are popped will earn you the Gotta Pop ‘Em All Achievement, worth 25 Gamerscore.
