WATCH: Let’s Play Race Driver: GRID, Episode 12

After upgrading the Rick Racing shop and upgrading to the Euro A license in the last episode of John Munro’s Let’s Play Race Driver: GRID series, it’s time to take a trip back to Japan. In the midst of the fifth season, and with the team running on a top level status, John is confident in the team’s ability. However, the secondary driver, Gianni, might need a bit of a reevaluation as there are better driver options available.

Back on the drifting scene, John Traxion is in his new Subaru Impreza for Downhill Drift on Mount Haruna. This particular tournament is four rounds of competition instead of three. Keeping up the combo multiplier and keeping out of the wall will be key.

Once the drift tournament concludes, it’s time to do some racing in the Pro Tuned TODA Racing Challenge. Again, another new car is needed to compete at this level. Thankfully, Rick Racing has enough for two new Honda NSX-Rs. Well, maybe a few more might be needed by the end of the episode. Things might get a little bit reckless.

Be sure to watch the first 11 episodes in the series if you are new to the channel. The next episode will launch on Boxing Day (26th December) so be sure to tune in for that. Be sure to slam that notification bell harder than our new Rick Racing NSX-R slammed the barrier in today’s episode… you know, so you can keep up to date on all of our new releases on the Traxion channel! Have a Happy Christmas and we’ll catch you all for the next one.
