Moto2 and Moto3 grids updated in new MotoGP 26 patch
Includes riders, bikes, grid boxes and liveries from the 2026 season
As promised by developer Milestone, MotoGP 26’s Moto2 and Moto3 grids have been updated to reflect the changes made for the real-world 2026 season.
Although the game was unveiled late last month, it didn’t content he latest riders, liveries, motorcycles and other accoutrements of the 2026 Moto2 and Moto3 seasons, with Milestone assuring customers this would be addressed in a ‘Week 1’ patch.
The update is a little late, then, but it also fixes several minor bugs, with the full changelog listed at the bottom of this article. Crucially, the patch has been rolled out for all platforms, including the much-anticipated Switch 2 version.
Some of the Moto2 changes include Daniel Muñoz replacing MotoGP-bound Diogo Moreira at Italtrans Racing Team, while Alonso López & Sergio García join Italjet Gresini Racing riding Kalex bikes.
In Moto3, highly-rated youngster Marco Morelli joins CFMoto Gaviota Aspar Team, while 2025 Red Bull Rookies Cup Champion Brian Uriarte is promoted to a race seat with Red Bull KTM Ajo.
