- Fanatec Podium DD to for unveiling on 15th Janaury
- 25Nm constant torque, 33Nm peak
Fanatec’s replacement for the venerable DD2 is nearly upon us, with the Landshut-based company confirming the unveiling of its Podium DD on 15th January.
Although the direct drive ‘base shares the outgoing model’s 25 Nm torque capability, this is a ‘consistent’ guaranteed figure, with peaks of 33 Nm promised.

The Podium DD shares similar design language with its less powerful ClubSport DD and DD= siblings, with passive cooling fins complemented by a mostly aluminium construction.
Fanatec’s latest wheelbase will be unveiled during the Sim Formula Europe expo in Maastricht, with visitors able to go hands-on with the new product.
