Following a gruelling season of virtual stock car racing, the final round of the 2024 eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series is today.

As is now tradition, the season is rounded out by a visit for the title contenders to the  NASCAR Hall of Fame, Charlotte.

Four drivers can claim the crown, and each will race from the North Carolinian motorsport shrine—the rest of the grid will race remotely.

Using the iRacing sim platform, the competitors will take to a virtual Homestead-Miami Speedway for 100 laps in Cup Series machinery.

The champion is simply the first of the quartet in contention to cross the line:

  • Steven Wilson – M80 Ford
  • Bobby Zalenski – Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota
  • Graham Bowlin – QuikTrip Pioneers Gaming Toyota
  • Parker White – Williams Esports Chevrolet

From a staggering $500,000 prize poll, the champion will receive the Dale Earnhardt Jr. Cup, from, fittingly, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Oh, and also $100,000.

A 40-car grid will line up, not only deciding the drivers’ title but also, the teams’ competition: Williams Esports currently leads ahead of M80, William Byron Esports and Joe Gibbs Racing.

Then there’s the fight not to be relegated. Finish in 21st or lower in the season-end standings, and back to the supporting eNASCAR Contender iRacing Series it is for you in 2025.

Of the four drivers in contention for overall glory, Wilson is the reigning champion and knows what it takes to win – however, only one other driver (Ray Alfalla) has ever won more than one crown.

Both Bowlin and Zalenski have made it to the ‘championship four’ previously and will be keen to clinch their first titles. Meanwhile, White made the playoffs on his points tally, then took his first-ever eNASCAR victory just last month to visit Charlotte.

Coverage of the final can be watched live on eNASCAR’s website or via iRacing’s channels from 8 pm ET / 5 pm PT 1st October 2024 and 1 am BST / 2 am CEST 2nd October 2024.
