You Suck At Parking now slated for 2022 release

During the gamescom 2021 Awesome Indies Show on Thursday, it was revealed that You Suck At Parking is now slated for a 2022 release. The previous time we talked about the Indie title, it was planned to release this year. The Steam page has been updated, but the press kit hasn’t been just yet. Hopefully this is for good reasons as opposed to anything.

It’s definitely been worked on since March, as the detail shown during the gamescom feature was much greater than the alpha gameplay previously seen. The different environments have all been fleshed out, the colors look more vibrant and there is some added detail to some of the features.

The goal of the game is to park your car in the parking space. Sounds simple enough, but there are tons of obstacles in the way of completing this task. Plus, once you stop, your chance at parking in the correct spot is over. You’ll need to navigate the maps and figure out how to make it without getting demolished.

There are customization options for the car you are trying to park. It almost feels like Rocket League with some of the options, but instead of trying to park a ball in a goal, you’re trying to park your car. Yeah, that was a reach.

The demo from Happy Volcano and the wishlist option are available on the game’s Steam page. Check it out and let us know what you think about this demolition parking title in the comments below.
