The Crew Motorfest is due to release on 14th September. The base game will cost $59.99, but there will be higher tiered versions of the title to jump into that will include more content and features, including what is known as the Year 1 Pass.
While there is a Cross-Gen edition for both Xbox and PlayStation to allow the game to be played between the current and older generations, that edition is only $10 more and is the same base game without any added extra benefits or content.
The tiers above that, however, will be where the extra content can be found.
There exists both a Gold Edition for $99.99 and an Ultimate Edition for $119.99, and both of those will come with the Year 1 Pass included. Not only that, but both Gold and Ultimate will allow players to get three days of Early Access.
Only the Ultimate Edition comes with what’s known as the Fitted Ultimate Pack.
What content is in the Year 1 Pass?
But, just what exactly is included within the first year of Motorfest? Pass aside, the year is the denomination that holds the seasons, and all of that content is just a part of the normal flow of the base game. However, with the Year 1 pass, which is catered to that year, you get a little extra, in the form of some added vehicles.
Year 1 Pass holders will get access to 25 additional vehicles throughout the year, usually two new per month, but in the initial release month, it will be three. Two of those launch cars will be exclusives in the 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye and 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS.
As for the third car above, Ubisoft revealed that to be the 2021 BMW M4 Competition Coupe. Two more cars were revealed on 31st July, those being the Ferrari 308 GTS and Ferrari SF90 Stradale, and those will be available as of 8th November. On 7th August, both the Nissan 240 SX (S14) and the Nissan Z were revealed to be launching on 4th October.
The other 18 cars have not been revealed just yet, but it will be two new cars every month after release through the first year.
Cars included in Year 1 Pass
- 2023 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye (at launch)
- 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS (at launch)
- 2021 BMW M4 Competition Coupe (at launch)
- Nissan 240 SX (S14) (4th October)
- Nissan Z (4th October)
- Ferrari 308 GTS (8th November)
- Ferrari SF90 Stradale (8th November)
While this may change before launch, at this time you cannot purchase the Year 1 Pass separately, the lowest price will be to get it through the Gold Edition for $99.99. Whether this Year 1 Pass will include anything else beyond that, we’ll have to wait and see.
