Moritz Löhner is in the pound seat for the 2021 ADAC GT Masters Esports Championship – but the result is far from decided. Watch live, later today (19th October), as the title will be decided and the €100,000 prize pool distributed.
Last time out at the Sachsenring, it was Bentley to the fore, with Löhner seemingly struggling to perform. He was able to pull out a surprise fifth position in the Feature Race, however, to keep his position at the head of the standings.
Jakub Brzezinski is Löhner’s closes competitor, 65 points behind, with Jack Keithley a further 24 in arrears. It remains to be seen which cars the Hockenheimring will suit, with the Balance of Performance delivering some unexpected results throughout the year.
Unlike every other round so far this season, there will be two Endurance races, as opposed to a Sprint and a Feature – so anything really can happen.
Also during tonight’s broadcast will be the final GT4 support category race. Here, Emre Cihan has dominated much of the season, but there have been several strong performances from other entrants. Our very own John Munro will take to the grid in this race too. Let’s hope he works out fuel quantities correctly this time…
The English language stream is exclusive to Traxion.GG and will be commentated on by Connery Maddick and Paul Smith, starting from 19:15 CEST / 18:15 BST.
