Ubisoft+ game subscription service coming to Xbox

If being able to sign up to EA Play, Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass or a combination of all three wasn’t enough recurring revenue for you, Ubisoft+ will be heading to Xbox consoles at some point in the near future.

The French video game corporation’s subscription service is already available on PC, with access to over 100 of its games available for a monthly fee – the top tier of which includes access to some titles on Google Stadia too.

Ubisoft+ PC Subscription

The release date, pricing or included titles for the Xbox version of Ubisoft+ is yet to be revealed, as is whether they’ll be a Game Pass tier to include it.

On the current PC subscription, Ubisoft’s latest releases are included upon launch, but of course, you are also technically paying per month for a glut of old Assassin’s Creed games, which if we’re brutally honest, you definitely don’t have time to play.

Some of the racing titles currently included are: The Crew, The Crew 2, Trackmania (with Club Access), Trials Rising and Trials Fusion. You can also count Riders Republic if you include it as a racing title. We expect this to change for Xbox players, as Trackmania, for example, is a PC-only title.

Existing pricing is £12.99/$14.99 per month for PC Access, or £14.99/$17.99 per month for ‘multi-access’ which includes 23 games on Stadia. As a racing game player, is this something that will interest you? Let us know in the comments below.
