Trak Racer has announced its latest partnership with the Alpine Formula 1 team, unveiling the Alpine Racing 160FG Hybrid Formula and GT Cockpit.
Set to be exhibited at this year’s SimRacing Expo, the Alpine 160FG is a 160mm x 40 mm aluminium extrusion cockpit capable of providing both GT and formula car-style driving positions.
Powder-coated in an attractive Alpine Racing shade of blue, the 160FG features a quick-adjust pedal plate for tool-free transitions between its formula and GT positions, with a clever new wheel mount able to be flipped into flat or upright positions, providing more legroom or additional mounting options.
A variable adjustment seat bracket allows users to swap between formula and GT seating positions, with the optional Hybrid Alpine F1 Formula Seat adding another touch of authenticity.
The Alpine 160FG cockpit can also be enhanced through optional accessories, including stabilising feet, a seat slider, a headset holder and a wireless charging phone mount.
The Alpine Racing 160FG Hybrid Formula and GT Cockpit will be available for €999 / $1,199 / £899 (release date TBC), with the Hybrid Alpine F1 Formula Seat an additional €399 / $399 / £359 (available now).
Trak Racer will be displaying another new product at SimRacing Expo, which once again takes place at Messe Dortmund. Running between the 17th and 19th of October, the 2025 SimRacing Expo will host a swathe of world-class exhibitors, including iRacing Studios, Simucube, Project Motor Racing, Moza and Thrustmaster.
