A Tokyo Xtreme Racer leak has revealed a whole host of unannounced cars for the arcade racing reboot.
The leak, which, according to Reddit user Puzzleheaded_Job3722, was posted to the TXR’s Bilibili account, appears to show an official TXR teaser video, showcasing several new cars fans can expect to see when the game hits v1.0.
The video centres around the Honda NSX (NC1), in its rare Type S guise. Only 350 Type S NSXs were produced, and all came in the main model’s final production year: 2022.

The Type S is much more aggressive in terms of styling compared to the standard car, with its carbon fibre diffuser based on the NSX GT3 racecar. The Type S also received a power hike of 30 bhp to 602 bhp.
The accidental leak also revealed that the Lexus LFA hypercar will make its way to the Genki-developed title, far and away the most capable vehicle announced for TXR thus far.
Perhaps the most notable feature of the unfortunate leak, however, was that several other ‘ordinary’ Hondas would be making their way to the game, hot on the heels of TXR’s Honda license agreement announcement.

Two Civic Type Rs, including the first EK9 and current FL5 variants, were briefly shown towards the end of the video, alongside two Integra Type Rs. Kei car fans will be happy to know that the Honda Beat also made an appearance, as did the high-revving Honda S2000.
It’s a car selection that will surely make JDM aficionados very happy indeed. The full list of leaked car models is shown below, with TXR set for its v1.0 release this month.
