Announced last month as being in development, the Acura NSX GT3 EVO 22 has now been completed for iRacing.

As the platform chips away at filling up the IMSA GTD class, this mid-engine sportscar was one of the few left that still needed to be recreated.

The road-going vehicle the race car is based upon is long out of production, but Acura in the US, and customer teams around the world under the Honda brand, continue to race with it.

Developed as a collaboration between Honda, Honda Performance Development and Italian race outfit J.A.S. Motorsport, it uses a 3.5-litre turbocharged V6 engine, mounted behind the driver, with power sent through a six-speed sequential paddle shift gearbox.

US outfit Gradient Racing rand the NSX in the 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Driving talent included IndyCar star Katherine Legge and former Sauber development driver Tatiana Calderón.

The car will be available for iRacing when the 2025 Season 1 content drop arrives on 10th December 2024, for  $11.95.
