If you haven’t tried The Crew Motorfest yet, Ubisoft’s open-world racer is free to play for a full week from today (5th December at 5pm UTC) until Thursday, 12th December as an early Christmas present.

Set around a sprawling Forza Horizon-style festival in Hawaii and featuring hundreds of licensed cars, The Crew Motorfest made our ten best PS5 racing games list, though it’s also free to play on PC and Xbox.

With the Season 5 update recently adding a free map set on the volcanic island of Maui to explore, it’s a great time to jump in. It probably also isn’t a coincidence that The Crew Motorfest’s free week coincides with Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown’s upcoming Ibiza expansion next week.

Win prizes in The Crew Motorfest’s Endless Drive Challenge

There’s another incentive to play The Crew Motorfest’s free week too. From the 5th to the 12th of December, Ubisoft and Ivory Tower are hosting a special ‘Endless Drive Challenge’, where players can win “hundreds of prizes.”

To enter, players must log in with their Ubisoft Connect account and choose one of four teams. The team that reaches the top of the leaderboard at the end of the event by driving the furthest distance will win. If you already own the game, all distance driven will be added to your team’s total.

All players will win in-game rewards such as coin packs, cars and cosmetics, with further prizes rewarded in random draws when certain milestones are reached.

At the end of the event, the top player of each team will win a custom gaming PC with an Intel Core i5 processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 and 32GB of RAM, along with The Crew Motorfest Ultimate Edition.

Players will also have a chance to win a PlayStation 5 Pro console after The Crew Motorfest recently received an enhancement patch.
