The French gaming giant filed for insolvency nearly three months ago, throwing uncertainty across its operations. Today, 18th May 2026, it has issued a Q4 update for its 2025-2026 financial year.
It was here that it confirmed job losses at KT Racing (née Kylotonn) as part of what it called “restructuring” as part of “judicial reorganisation proceedings”.
Nacon also confirms a “workforce restructuring”, which will result in job losses.
“The Company [Nacon] has undertaken an in-depth strategic review of all its activities,” it said.
“This process aims to rationalise investments in the projects that are least risky and to build a solid and sustainable operating model.
“In this context, the company has undertaken a significant effort to streamline its cost structure, accompanied by a resizing of its workforce.
Meanwhile, Endurance Motorsport Series, while lacking a release date presently, is still on track for a release this year and recently showcased new gameplay.
It is not yet clear how many people currently working at KT Racing will be part of the restructuring-affected job losses.
