For the first time since fans were last updated on the track list for Forza Motorsport in June, Turn 10 Studios announced the latest venue that’s been added to the roster.
Located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, and measuring in at 4.048 miles with 14 unique corners, Road America will be returning to the franchise at launch later this year.
Teased via social media on Friday night in the US (4th August), the Forza Motorsport account tweeted about “bringing the game IRL” and offered “an exclusive look at the 2023 #01 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R racing at Road America.”
That happens to be the venue where the IMSA WeatherTech Series, including the Cadillac team in the GTP class, will be racing this weekend.
Road America was seen in Forza Motorsport 7 and joins 12 other tracks that have been named so far, dating back to 13th June. Those tracks include:
- Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya
- Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans (Le Mans)
- Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
- Hakone Circuit
- Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit
- Laguna Seca Raceway
- Maple Valley
- Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course
- Road America (NEW as of 5th August)
- Silverstone Circuit
- Suzuka Circuit
- Virginia International Raceway
With 13 of the 20 tracks that have been promised for launch, simple math means that we should expect seven more track announcements between now and the date of the game’s release on 10th October.
What other tracks do you hope to see included? Let us know in the comments!
