Although the new sim racing game is also playable on consoles, Rennsport started life on PC, aiming to take on the likes of iRacing and Assetto Corsa Competizione. After several closed betas and a Steam Early Access programme, the final release arrives on 13th November.
But can your PC run Rennsport? The system requirements will help you answer that question.
Rennsport runs on a custom version of Unreal Engine 5, and so its system requirements are high. This means you’ll need a powerful PC to run it optimally.
According to the game’s Steam page, the minimum requirements are an Intel i7 6700k processor, 16 GB of RAM and an NVIDIA RTX 2070 graphics card.

To get the best visual quality, an Intel i7 10700k processor and NVIDIA RTX 3070Ti graphics card are recommended. You’ll also need at least 100GB of hard drive space to install Rennsport.

Rennsport release date
Rennsport releases on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on 13th November, 2025. However, those who pre-order the Deluxe Edition can play up to 72 hours earlier, along with the Porsche 911 GT3 R rennsport bonus car, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and two future DLC packs.
